Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy 

  1. Scope

co-cre8 is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking within its own operations, supply chain and any other stakeholders’ activities. We have zero tolerance and expect our supply chain to comply. 

co- cre8 procure services and equipment mainly from UK businesses. The company ethos is, Made in Britain. This includes manufacturing of all goods. co-cre8 work hard with our supply chain to evaluate their own procurement processes in which to uphold our company values.   

Therefore, co-cre8 consider that we operate in a low-risk environment, as the majority of our supply chain is based in the UK.  

Under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 businesses of a certain size are obligated to disclose annually actions taken to ensure that no slavery or human trafficking is within their businesses. 

  1. 2. Purpose

Is to raise awareness to all employees the importance of preventing slavery and human trafficking. It is important that we make it clear the responsibilities for identifying and reporting any suspected instances. It is also important that all suppliers and stakeholders understand that co-cre8 takes this matter very seriously and expects the same level of importance applied.  

  1. 3.Definitions

The term Slavery means servitude, forced labour, child labour and human trafficking. Human trafficking is where a person or persons arranges the travel of another person to exploit.  

Some examples: 

  • Foreign migrant workers  
  • Contract agency and or temporary workers  
  • The vulnerable (refugees) 
  • The young or student workers

co-cre8 believe that no one should be subjected to slavery or human trafficking. co-cre8 maintains an ethical working practice and will regularly carry out audits on our supply chain. co-cre8 provides safeguarding procedures and effective management support, and training for all employees which ensures that our quality measures are followed. All necessary checks are carried out with recruitment of new employees.    

  1. 6.Responsibilities 

It is the responsibility for all employees to understand and raise awareness if there are any suspected instances within our own organisation or any of or supply chain.

Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Personal information of children

Children under a certain age are not permitted to submit their personal information on the Site, or sign up to our mailing lists or competitions. The minimum age of personal data consent is 13 years for all countries, with the following exceptions:
