Description

Manufactured in the UK from locally sourced recycled materials, our modular rBIN provides you with an innovative internal recycling solution that showcases your commitments to sustainability. Recycled materials include 100% recycled plastics and a framework that utilizes scrap metal. Providing expertise in design as well as British manufacture, we can help you to create a visually impactful, ‘on brand’ design that maximises engagement from users and reduces contamination in each waste stream.

Full wrap branding INCLUDED in the pricing.

Depending on your requirements, we have a range of apertures to suit each waste stream and additional items such as hand sanitiser dispensers and A4 clip frames (available upon request).

Please note that due to the use of recycled material made through a batch process, the rBIN’s countertop colouring may differ in shades of white – we refer to this as ‘imperfectly perfect’.

What materials make up the rBIN?
The rBIN is a revolutionary recycling bin; its made from recycled materials making it a recycled bin! The rBIN uses up to 70% of recycled materials that have all been sourced locally in the UK.

We use 100% compressed recycled plastic for the main panels, which is the equivalent strength of MDF. If you opt to include a backboard on your rBIN, this will also be made from this material. The material provides a visual story of sustainability for the user, increasing trust in recycling systems and adding further credibility to your sustainable commitments.

When choosing your countertop material, you have the option of either 100% compressed recycled plastic, or a high quality 100% recycled plastic board. The premium recycled board is made up of every day items like yoghurt pots that are then processed to create a luxurious finish. These options cater to different budgets and provide a fantastic opportunity to showcase your commitment to sustainability.

Why do we use these materials?
Sustainability is at the core of our business and it is imperative that we use sustainably sourced materials for all of our products. The recycled materials we use ensure that we are giving waste materials a second life, without compromising on quality. The recycled materials we use are sourced in the UK, further reducing the carbon footprint of the units and supporting our local economy.
